I know how to use a fluorescent starter to make a flasher circuit, but does anyone know what happens to the random flash if you:
A. use a larger starter (higher wattage value) for the same wattage bulb
B. change the bulb wattage but not the starter size.
I was trying to figure out if a lower watt bulb with a large watt start produces a more random flashing pattern than say a high watt bulb and lower watt starter. Looking for the perfect balance.
I guess it would give me something to do in the off season if no one knows an answer. Happy haunting.
