Just finished my reaper a couple days ago. I am pretty happy with it. It is made out of a oscillating fan that was left over from a old roomate from college. It has been sitting in my basement for a while and I am glad I didnt throw it out. The skull was bought from Target for about 5 bucks and then I mounted a flashlight in the back of the head to light it up. I mounted the shoulders on the motor itself so the whole upper body moves. The cloaks I did not hang on it right but when halloween comes I will take more time to make them look more realistic. Check it out and please feel free to add any suggestions.
