HAUNT FORUM SUMMER Make & take or gathering

ok guys i had an idea, a summer meeting for all huanters(who can attend) on this forum ... we all know our friends who live near us but imagine nowing everyone.... its sudden yet early but it could be alot of fun. but some of my questions are Do we have enough interested people in this? Does anyone have a suggestion on where we might hold a large event like this? Someplace cheap or free? I have a few ideas on projects we could do and I'm sure other people out there have some ideas as well, but the location is the stumper right now. If you're interested or you know of someplace we could do this let me know. its just an idea but this would be great for all of us:D

well big bird- since you brought it up i think we should all go to your house , hope you have the room (theres 1499 members here) plus we all like to eat & DRINK .
do you have enough tools? this is so kind of you to do this, o by the way hope yur parents are ready for a week end of fun,should we bring our sleeping bags? :D

As of now, I don't have the resources/interest in putting on such an event. Maybe in another year or two the idea could be re-approached, but if it's going to happen, it would be in my area of the country. :)

Heck, I can't even get very many people to send in their haunt videos, let alone pack their bags and come to a haunt gathering.

ha-ha ... thats why i gave this time I'm trying to find a place first except i found a venue somewhere but many would be disappointed at the location say IM TOO FAR! ... right now this is in the wouldn't it be great stage but I'm going to try maybe even if i need to plan it for 2009 I'm willing like you both said this will be hard and i'm taking it on wish me luck and by the way I'm think that the state it will be held in starts with a New and ends with a Jersey... and for you pyro its totally cool with me you can get a "water bed" since my pool has the super strong cover .. whom ever else want dibs claim them NOW!!! ahaha ... I'm up for the challenge but i just need to know when you want this for ... and Zombie-f i didn't hand mine in figuring my would be the like runt of the litter because all these people have amazing talents ad would make me look stoopid!

Hey EMU...if you are looking to meet people from the forum, why not try IRONSTOCK? I went last year and finally got to put faces with names. It was so much fun and the people were great. Its in Indiana check it out.

no joke.. the most local gathering for me is FFNW and that happens once a year
