Allen, I have a half bucket of latex that went solid on me. I know ammonia is used to thin it but could I bring the solid lump back or is it a goner?

I know everyone needs to take a break from the Halloween stress, but I was wondering if you were planing on making more "Utube Wednesday" how to's. I have learned something from all of them. Even those that don't apply to my style of haunt. And given me new ideas to try. Thanks for all the help.

Hi Allen... Great YouTube tutorials. You'll also find it professionally satisfying to hear that Terror on Church Street scared the bejesus out of me. I was a frayed nerve the entire rest of the night, wandering thru family friendly Olde Town. Unforgettable!

Never mind I found it. It was glycerin and Knox gelatin, heated and mixed together.

    I found it here.

Allen I need some help. Last year I made a gelatin mixture that could be applied to skin for zombie effects. I used Knox gelatin and something else an heated it together to melt the mixture. When it cools you get a semi clear brownish hard jello like substance that can be remelted to use again. Have you heard of anything like this.

I was having trouble navigating the haunt monster site. I went from what looked to be the home page to other front pages but not any farther. I was expecting to see a gallery of photos of the work. The "store" link didnt work. Not sure what to think about it.

Hope your feeling better. Just watched the vomit vid, nice. I do want to thank you for the idea of using foil as a sclupt material. I need to make a couple of cat skulls this year and the foil should do the job and be cheap at the same time. (win win).

    For the record:
I am recovering well, I have 2 torn ligaments in my neck and a torn muscle in my neck also (whiplash). The doctor said everything I used to do pain free I can still do, it just wont be pain free. Full recovery in 4 to 6 months. Im not letting it hold me back, just gritting my teeth and getting what I need to get done done, and what I can make wait, wait till I am better.
Thank you all for your positive thoughts and prayers,
    Allen H
