I found out the hard way that the fluorescent spray paint doesn't hold up in the weather. Everything I painted last year needs to be repainted again. I even clear coated someof the items and it still flaked off. I wonder if latex paint works better.

My experience is latex peels. Really depends on what you paint, my vodou display from years ago had glass and ceramic pieces that held up great but the plastic pieces, not so much, regardless of weather. To me it's part of the game, things will need repair. But all the stuff featured here that isn't already black light reactive, such as the green drips is just cheap glow in the dark acrylic on the insides of the bottles. This stuff isn't out in the rain.
