That's been all the news all day. Personally, I saw it coming. The news is always ripe with this inspector or that saying the project is unsafe. The leaks alone should be evidence it wasn't built properly, yet the Turnpike Authority likes to ignore stuff like that and just tell us all "It's safe, shut up."
