They need translators and experts on Middle-Eastern topics REEEEEEALLY bad. So bad that they'll run ads. The state of American Intelligence is pretty sad. I once read the study guide for foreign service, the FBI and the CIA exams. About the only thing standing between me and Baghdad is my eyesight, LOL. They like folks with 20/20 vision or better.
