Thank you Mikeq91. You are too kind.
My wife always refers it to Glow in the Dark Barbie’s dream house. LOL. Last night was the first time I had people take pictures of the thing. I was talking on Zombie-F’s chat room last night with PrettyGhoul when I saw all these flashes. I first thought the transformer blew. LOL. Then the dogs started to fight, so I had to run off and see what was going on. (Sorry PettyGhoul, didn’t mean to be rude) There were four people, who had parked their car across the street, stood in front of my house taking pictures. And they almost got hit by the car going in the opposite direction. This is my 2nd year doing Halloween props, so it is kind of weird to see people taking pictures of my yard. I say weird because my neighbor has larger stuff than I (horse drawn hearse) You would think they would go to his house first. I know I would. But, anyway, I think my favorite thing is all the rubber necking it causes. It always makes me smile when I see a car going down my street when all of a sudden they throw their cars into reverse to see the ghost. A couple of times almost hitting the car behind them. And it is really funny to see the same people come back after I turn the power off with their families, to show them. One guy was putting his car in forward and reverse, thinking that lights were set to motion detection. He did figure it out after a few minutes, but my wife thinks we should have an after hours jukebox so they can see it after-hours. LOL And I certainly have to mention the two people who got out of their cars and walked right up to me and asked where I bought that thing. The first one I was going to tell them I bought it at Wal-Mart. I didn’t have the heart. But, after I told them I made it, they told me they would pay me to build them one. I told them my wife would kill me if I had another crypt on my patio for 3 months, but thanks anyway. The 2nd person told me that they hope that I didn’t think that they were stalking me, but that they were there every night to see the crypt. But, to give credit where credit is due, I give a big thank you to phantasmechanics and imagineerieing. Without them I would have Pee Wees playhouse instead. OH, I might as well thank ScarFX too. Because I am going to steal his idea for the witch next year. Of course, I might change it to a witch conjuring a demon instead. Just to be different.
