Haven't seen any mention of Dementors.. anyone attempting one beside myself.. just in the planning.. junk colllectiin phase.. need head ideas.. anything come to mind

As in Harry Potter? Sounds cool.

Seems like you could get away with an FCG kind of rig and use black cloth. Some chicken wire could give it the frame you need and then a small rotating fan positioned in the front of the body cavity blowing out could pull double duty. For one, it would give the rest of the body of the dementor movement. And second, you might be able to rig up the fan so that the base of the fan is somehow attached to the rigging so that the body would actually sway from one side to the other.

Now, you could also go that route of running your dementor around you yard on a wire, but the examples I've seen on this seem to work best in big yards with big trees.

Just something to think about.

Interesting idea! I just had a new garage door installed with a new opener. The half baked plan at this point is to build a flat crypt to hold the opener and have dementor attached to some sort of support protruding from a cutout in the lid. Hight would be at least 8 ft. When trigered he would glide to the end (where I sit to hand out candy) appon reaching the end a Pheumatic cylinder would cause him to bend over at least 45 degrees at whitch time a blast of air would be sent out his mouth. All the while thunder would be crashing to cover the motor sound.
I had thought about a fan to give more movement to the clothing, will have to think more on that. This is a bit much to bite off this late in the summer but will see what happens.
