Finally, those (literal) monsters of rock and roll, GWAR, are getting their own action figures!
Shocker Toys has announced that they've acquired the license to make both Shockinis (the block figures) and 6-8" fully sculpted figures of Oderus Urungus, Flattus Maximus, Beefcake the Mighty, Jizmak Da Gusha and Balsac the Jaws of Death from the mighty rock group known as GWAR!
The Shockini block figures will measure 3 inches for those small collectors out there. The figures are due to hit stores this summer and will come with all sorts of nasty, murderous accessories.
In case you weren't aware, GWAR came into being after the "hair bands" of the 80's used up so much of the atmosphere with their hairspray that a hole opened in the ozone right above Antarctica, melting the iceberg that had held the scumdogs of the universe trapped for centuries and unleashing them upon the world to kill ... well, everything.
