:confused:Okay, here goes... I'm realtively new to animatronics for my props.
I currently have a 7 amp motor from an old vacuum cleaner. To much power and torque. Any idea as to how I can utilize it in a prop?
I'll admit that I'm a "newbie" but I'd hate to see the motor sit there if I can use it.
Thanks

I'm guessing that motor is too fast and powerful for most props. You may be able to use in a monster in a box or something but I think the speed is going to be way to fast.

7 amps draw is a lot of current, when you think a circuit breaker is 15 amps. I don't know If it would be worth it. Unless it was a show piece prop.
