That's so effective that it's a bit disorienting:) I think some folks here were looking for help with getting that type of lighting effect, so they will be happy to see this.

Great job! I agree with Roxy, a little disorienting at first but the longer I watched the more I like the effect.

Here is trial 4

I made two more flicker circuits, hot glued over the LED bulbs and Kyle helped me remove the bottoms of the other two lanterns to make a set of three. They won't be this close together in the yard haunt and will have spots on them, thus the reason for the insane brightness. I want them to cast flickers on my witches and tombstones this year and not be overpowered.

Nice!! Pretty much what I am looking for, but I am wanting a slower and dimmer flicker. Do you think reducing the number of LEDs would still work or do you think it would mess with the resistance and cause them to flicker in a weird way?
