Mod grim skeleton?

Does anyone have this, and if so, know 1) how easy or hard it would be to change the trigger to a PIR and 2) change the sound input source ? 6 Ft Grim Animatronic - Spirithalloween.com

J-Man on the other forum may be able to help you with the upgrade he sells for Grim with step by step instructions. He is a good person I have gotten stuff from him. PM him for details on that forum.
