I didnt want to put my contest Scarecrow in the front yard yet so I made a temporary one as a place holder until October 30th or so. Hes so happy

Thats a good temp 'safe' looking scarecrow...is that why the other is hiding and wont make an appearance until the 30th - too creepy to display yet? Create traffic problems? hehe.

I dont grow corn, I havent the patience to grow anything, I hate yardwork.
I have several people I know that do grow corn that deliver the stalks to me near october, and then in the spring I cook them BBQ.

Oh and yes Deadspider, this is the safe Scarecrow, and I already have created traffic problems by putting the FCG and spider scene up. LOL

I can picture people lookingat the stuff and then crashing in front of your house.
If it's a bad enough crash, you could always take the bodies before the cops or ambulances arrive and use them in your haunt!!
