This is the Ozzy tribute stone I am working on for a friend/client. It stands approximately 32" tall, and 14.5" wide (18" wide just before the base). It is 3" thick, utilizing two 1.5" pieces of foam. It has two lengths of PVC embedded inside the the stone. The decorative base is approximately 24" wide by 3" tall by 9" deep.
I have already sanded and hard coated the tombstone. Tonight it got a base coat that is currently drying out in the workshop. Tomorrow I'll inspect it, touch it up, then begin the final painting. The front of the stone will also have invisible luminescent blue paint, so that it will really pop under a black light.
