This year or next year, I intend on setting up a ghoulish prison set up. Fences to keep the little kids safe from the beasts on the inside. I'd have skeletons that are fixed into positions of trying to escape the fences whilst a zombie guard is chasing after them. A fight between two ghouls, etc. But how would one go about making them fixed into position and how would I make this set up look more appealing than the traditional graveyard?

This is Ghostess's howto on posing bluckies: http://hometown.aol.com/howloweenqueen/bluckyPVCfit.html

with low lighting and maybe one with a head that looks back and forth (powered by an old oscillating fan) it could be scary. Dont make it comical, such as running away from a guard, if not scary bothers you. You could make a prison cell door open and close a few inches constantly with a wiper motor, or have a skeleton fly towards his cell's door when someone walks by with pneumatics. You could make it scary.

Prison yard would be cool. Don't worry about the kids. The lights, smoke, and music make it that much more interesting. If you want to add a little suspense, dress a person like the skeletons and have them stand still till someone walks by. Just a thought.
