I built this one back in spooky season of 2023. Base is foam shipping coolers glued together with loctite spray foam. I added 2 inch pink insulation foam as a top and bottom and router edged them to give it a more finished look. I used a 3 foot skelly, the cloth is a portion of an old bed sheet. I set him in place with 1/4 inch wooden dowel that runs along the spine and through the foam base to the bottom. I got glued and zip tied the skelly to the dowel.
Used a heat gun to soften the fingers to point as well as hold the sickle.
