I'm wondering the same thing.... Using a modified computer power supply, using the router control 12v in 12v out, then the wiper motor. Anyone think it will work?

Do you think one of these would work on a wiper motor to slow it down a little. http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/displayitem.taf?Itemnumber=43060 . Even at the 5 vdc hookup, it's still a little fast for a fcg.
