If I were to take a skeleton and make a mold of it and sell the skeletons I make from the mold retail, it would be illegal. Right or wrong?

If I were to add a material over the skeleton and sell them retail, then it would be legal- corect or incorrect?

I would guess you can sell what you want as long as you are not copying it outright. I am not a lawyer so as i said guessing

As to the first question, if you're making an exact copy of someones product to resale on your own, it would be both illegal and unethical. I've read of people being getting into legal troubles that way on miniature making forums. It would be easy enough to make slight alterations that would get you around this though.

If you were to then take the skeleton and corpse it, I think you'd be okay. No one would know that you're copied skeletons are underneath.

If it were a copy of a real skeleton, you'd be in the clear.
