I'm going to be giving attachments a second chance. vBulletin now allows the images to be stored as a file instead of in the database, so that should ease the load on the server a bit when it has to find something in the database.
Newbies don't get to use attachments, registered users can store up to 256kb worth of attachments, veteran users (over 1k posts) can store up to 512kb worth of attachments.
This should also help the picture games move along much easier as well as make posting images for the build/contests simpler.
