Chris Baker, Shellhawk and Revenant have agreed that if they can get 250 people to subscribe to Hauntcast for $100 a year they will bring it back. That's a little over $8 a month.
You can subscribe on the HauntCast website: http://hauntcast.net/subscribe/
I don't work for HauntCast, of course. I am just one of thousands who enjoyed the show.

Many of you were fans of HauntCast, and were sad to see it go. This is a chance for the "hardcore" fanbase to bring it back from the dead. If they can get 250 subscribers by March 8, 2012 they will do another year. If they do not reach 250 by then, anyone who subscribed will be refunded.

If you never listened to HauntCast for whatever reason, PLEASE go to the website and at least listen to some of the older shows. http://hauntcast.net/2011/10/hauntcast-35-witchs-brew-1031/.

HauntCast kept us current on upcoming events, reviewed movies, covered all aspects of haunt production and prop creation, and of course had interviews with successful home haunters.

The archived shows entertaining, informative, and just good fun. If we really want the haunt community to thrive, we need to support quality productions.

We cannot ask professionals to work for free. I hope Haunters will really step up and make Haunt Forum one of the biggest supporters of the new HauntCast!

D.C. Props also supports Hauntcast

I just wanted to chime in and let people know that D.C. Props has offered a 15% discount to anyone who subscribes to Hauntcast, not valid in September and October.

Chris and I were also discussing the possibility of dropping the subscription price if 350 people subscribe and refund the difference to those who paid full price. He's thinking it over and will decide in the next few days. He's also mentioned he may pull the plug on this drive early if it becomes clear that the support isn't coming, so if you can possibly manage it and want the show back, don't wait until the last minute to subscribe.

Whatever happens, we appreciate those people who have emailed us and want the show back. It's nice to know we are missed! :)

Thanks, and Stay Scary!:jol:

By the way, I know Isher Creations offered 25% off to subscribers, and that was on the list, but now it's not. The discount offer still stands.

So there's not only amazing discounts and prizes for subscribers, there will also be a bi-annual print magazine. Even with one or two of the discount's It would easily cover the cost of the subscription.

Thousands of dollars worth of vendors discounts, thousands of dollars in raffle prizes, Hauntcast the Magazine, two shows a month and more. Check out the latest details to "Resurrect Hauntcast" http://hauntcast.net/ .
You can bring Hauntcast back from the grave if you support the cause.

Hey - did you know PayPal has a "Pay later" option that will break the subscription cost into 6 payments with no interest?

WIth prizes from Stolloween, Haunters Video Awards, Juneau Studios and so many more, there really is no excuse for not subscribing.
